Brandon Umberger of Rural Retreat, Virginia would claim that pole position and be set with an eye on the big money for the feature. Umberger would start along side 2009 champion Kent Peckham of Statesvile. As the green would fly it would be Umberger claiming the lead early. "Kool" Kent Peckham would have a strong run in second over third place of Winky McGee. Justin Hudspeth would show fourth with "The Gambler" Tony Hicks finishing out the top five.

In the Southeastern Cars & Parts Limited Sportsman race, "The Show Stopper" Bryan Nance would stop the show from the lead on lap 6 due to a passing rain shower and would pick up and lead until the finish three hours later. Joel Bray would finish in second while third would go to Mike Shelton with a strong comeback after a nasty crash in the heat race. Points leader Shaun Robinson finishes fourth and "Mr. Excitement" Jeff Parsons would round out the top five.

In the Elkin Quick Lube Four Cylinders, it would be a Brown front row on the start as Derek Brown would make his debut from the pole to start along side Robbie Brown. Derek Brown would find issues early on as Robbie Brown would take the lead. Junior Welborn would try to make a move from second with a hard charging Michael Wells coming through the field to second. When it was all said and done Robbie Brown would finally get the monkey off his back and claim his first win of the season. Junior Welborn would bring it home second over Michael Wells in third. Fourth would be Ronnie Covey and fifth to current points leader Billy Robbins.

In the Basic Finance Renegade V-8 division, Jeff Parsons of Union Grove would have the car to beat this week as he would lead from start to turn two of the last lap as a wheel would come off. This would hand the lead and the win over to Mickey Anderson to claim his first victory of the season. Jamie Hilton would make his season debut at Friendship with a strong second place run. Fabian Anderson claims third over Cody Roberts in fourth. Jeff Parsons would be fall back to be scored fifth in the final rundown.
